if UN doesn’t have the right then who has the right to intervene since the country as a whole a failed state. It is the most dangerous place in the world and no democracy at all and no freedom of speech. If UN doesn’t intervene, then you can wipe out the whole tamil population. STOP THE GENOCIDE!

Please accept our deepest sympathy but you can participate to funeral of the bloody psycho leader of the LTTE leader, so can understand of your mentality.
When American armies entering to Iray & Afgan and killing thousands fo innocent people does UN tries to stop those things? If America still think that they are the “World Pollice” so then we really appreciate work done by OSAMA BIL LADIN bcos there no deffent between those two guys, So UN have to understand that we have strait & bravery leader to Sri Lanka & we can manage ourself.
If tamils are seen what yesterday (20th of April 09) happened they dont say again genocide, if there is genocide in Sri Lanka then why more than 35 000 people seek protection from govenment foreces? But one thing you have to understand is, you guys never establish your so called dream land “ELAM” again we wipe out LTTE in this world you can establish it in the moon, god bless you!!!!!!!!

UN take note – if you don’t have the right to interfere then why have a UN? Just as the League of Nations failed, better wrap up your duties and stop wasting funds. None of the acts designed to protect innocent civilians from Tutsi’s of Rwanda to Tamils in SL can be applied to your own members.

No UN, then No IMF loan

Kumara.. tell the idiot Prabhakaran to stop the genocide… The legitimate government of sri lanka (the sovereign power of sri lanka) WILL NOT STOP THE LEGITIMATE WAR AGAINST TERROR!! It looks like you are ignorant of the facts that sri lanka is the oldest democracy in south asia.

Un should have employed a police force to stop LTTE terrorising the country during the last 25 years. The people have been sufferring under LTTE control in that region for too long. Now the government had enough and wiping out the LTTE. The people in the North will suffer in the short term but will gain their freedom back very shortly after the LTTE is fully eliminated. I live in Colombo and I can’t see any media suppression or lack of freedom of speech. Even there are members who openly support LTTE still live in Colombo, for e.g. Mano Ghaneshan and TNA MP’s. Genocide is a term generated by fake assylum seekers in Britain, as they fear the end of war might threaten their British citizenships.
