Six Iraqis including three women and two children were killed in a U.S. air strike in the city of Ramadi in Iraq's western Anbar province on Saturday, a doctor at Ramadi hospital said. A police brigadier said five civilians were killed in the attack. There was no immediate comment from the U.S. military several hours after a request for information.

Germany's DAX Index dropped. ThyssenKrupp AG, Bayer AG and Deutsche Lufthansa AG led the decline.
The benchmark DAX lost 36.63, or 0.6 percent, to 6247.56 as of 3:54 p.m. in Frankfurt, after rising as much as 0.3 percent earlier.
