Tamils fought for their rights using very peaceful means from 1948 until 1977. All these efforts were suppressed by the Sinhala state using “terrorism”. The Tamil non-violent protests were shattered by Sinhala thugs. Sinhala state military killed Tamils without any opposition from international community.

After all non-violent efforts failed, LTTE found that using force is the only option to safeguard the Tamils from Sinhala state terrorists. After two decades of war, Tamils finally achieved a region that is free from the Sinhala state terrorists. Once they proved their force, Tamils then agreed to find a negotiated solution, and accepted Norway mediated peace talks. If Sinhala state was successful in their military operations, there wouldn’t be any ceasefire at this time. The co-chairs created the peace trap to weak the Tamil party in the negotiation process. This is what all they did since start of the peace process. In 2003, they hosted co-chairs meeting in US with participation of Sinhala party, but declined entry to Tamil party. In 2006, the EU banned Tamil party, and they still want to be part of monitors. How can one observe neutrality when they banned a party in the conflict? Now Japan wants to do the same thing and then Srilankan government. Are they thinking Tamils utter fools or slaves to accept this injustice? The peace talks are obviously in crisis now, but the co-chairs who engineered the peace trap are only ready to punish Tamils because they are not state actors.

The ban on LTTE by some countries such as Canada and EU was counter productive, and it strengthen the Sinhala hawks, and encourage the Sinhala government to use dirty paramilitary tactics to terrorize Tamil Eelam. The co-chairs want the Tamil leadership to talk peace while Sinhala government continues to hunt down Tamils. This is the well known tactics they used in other places such as Palestine. During the talks they let the state actors to use the dirty tactics while keep the oppressed party in the negotiation table with hands tied. At one point, the freedom fighters will be completely weakened, and they have no option other than accepting any solution. The co-chairs basically want to see the same drama in Tamil Sinhala negotiation.

Fortunately, LTTE didn’t toe the powerful nation’s line, and they stick to the mandate given by the Tamils in 1977 election. In other words, LTTE didn’t fell prey to the International peace trap or safety net. That’s why some nations want to brand the Tamil leadership as “terrorist” that is defined in their own convenient term. Only the word “democracy” is lovable if it is not spelled for rights or freedom, and “peace” must be acceptable only if it beneficial for the powerful nations. What the International community failed to understand is that the concept of Tamil Eelam was a mandate given by Tamils through an election. Oh yes, the mandate was given through democratic election by the Tamil people, but this fact may be conveniently ignored by these supper states. The separate state for Tamils is not LTTE’s invention, it was the TULF that many people accepted as a moderate party put this decision forward and won more than 90 % support of Tamils for this mandate. Still Tamil parliamentarians fully support LTTE, but co-chairs don’t want to listen to this democratic voice. The supper powers just want to punish the Tamils, not the Sinhala government because they invested money on Sinhala Srilanka. The only achievement Sinhala dominated political mongers made since granted liberation is that they colonized Tamil homeland, and successfully sold every sector of the Srilanka to some foreign counties. The supper states sold weapons and related material to “peace loving” Sinhala government who fought “war for peace”, and destroy Tamil inhabitants.

Unfortunately, the super states didn’t get the outcome from the war. Tamil tigers managed to defeat the Sinhala lions. The ceasefire arrived only after the Sinhala lions were completely defeated. Did any of the super states including Japan, US, Britain, or EU pressure the Sinhala government when Tamils were massively displaced from Jaffna? Or any of this super state raises their voice when Tamils were crushed by the Sinhala army, navy or air force? When the peace process initiated after heavy Sinhala military loss, these super states put the peace mask, and wants to put pressure on Tamils. What all they did so far to Tamils is that gave some money to maintain the refugee shelters. Even in the ceasefire, they don’t want to give enough money to build infrastructure or houses. The super states certainly want to confine the Tamils in refugee camps in order to make them lazy slavery people. This is what they did in many countries. It is OK for them if the Sinhala state army thugs roam around and terrorize the Tamil residence or occupies Tamils land in the name of High Security Zones. It doesn’t matter to the super states if the Tamils were kept in refugee camps quite a long time because the aim is to make people lazy, non-fightable, and depends on ration from super states. If they keep this trend for 10 years, the people eventually forget about their rights and accept anything granted. This is what the super states and Sinhala government wants. This is part of the hidden agenda in the peace process.

After six rounds of peace talk, none of the agreements reached during talks were implemented. Even P-TOM that is only to rehabilitate the Tsunami victims was also declined by the state terrorists through their so called “legal” system. Did LTTE responsible for any of this failed implementation? Whose fault is that? Why the co-chairs want to ban LTTE for the failure of the peace process? The answer is simple because no one other than Tamils will raise voice if the LTTE is banned. The ban on LTTE hurts Tamils, and it destroys the trust they had on co-chairs and International community. Tamils know this is the last part of the international community peace drama. In the next stage of this drama, the co-chairs will fund another “war for peace” that will be waged by the Sinhala thugs. At the same time, the international human right organizations will release reports against Tamil Diaspora for funding Tamil tigers. When Tamil children and civilians killed by Sinhala terror state, some foreign states may say “it is measured self-defense”. This what some states said when Israel bombarded Lebanon, thus it won’t take much time for them to release such comments when Sinhala state terrorists hit Tamils home.

The international community drama didn’t cause any damage to Tamils-LTTE relationship. Tamils appreciated the LTTE because it didn’t fell prey to co-chairs peace trap, and it refused to give up the mandate given by the Tamils. Some countries ban on LTTE further pushes the Tamils toward LTTE. In reality, Tamils now trust LTTE much stronger than before. Tamils know only LTTE can get their rights back. The co-chairs money may help to get food for some days, but self respect and dignity is much valuable than a one time food. Even after the Tsunami, Tamils asked for boats not food.

In world politics, it is acceptable even if a state kill UN observers, because these kinds of incidents usually considered as accidents. But people in Palestine or Lebanon should not throw a single stone against Israel, because it will be considered as “terrorism”. It is OK for a state to invade and kill more than 40, 000 people in Iraq to search for invisible weapons for mass destruction. But, no one will invade a country like North Korea even they obviously claim they have nuclear weapons. This is the world we are living in. The very basic fact is that either a nation should have a very friendly neighbor or powerful enough to attack the neighbor. Otherwise, the nation will not survive. These facts are well enough for anyone who want to understand the world “justice” and power system. As long as Tamils are powerful enough to defeat Sinhala thugs, they don’t need to worry about world politics. If Tamil Eelam want to survive, it should have very friendly relationship with TamilNadu, and powerful enough to defend any Sinhala terrorist attack. The rest of the world is nothing if these two conditions fulfilled.
