The Pentagon’s prisoner interrogation techniques, solitary confinement procedures, and its failure to provide “full and fair” trials at detention centers, violate the Geneva Conventions and basic human rights.

Ever since Washington launched its “war on terrorism,” lawyers and human rights groups have presented evidence of torture and other ill-treatment of detainees by US authorities in Afghanistan, Guantánamo Bay, Iraq, and at secret locations.

Washington argues that international law does not apply to “enemy combatants” and that detentions in the name of “war on terror” are vital to national security.

By ignoring international law, the US not only loses credibility and moral ground on human rights, but such policies also open the door for other countries to follow suit with human rights violations.

This is the clear evidence how the US policies open the door for Sri Lankan Government to violate the human rights and also encourage the other nations to follow their way.

Now we understand why they keep on silent.

The GOSL having a strong back up from US Government to terrorize the minority Tamils in Sri Lanka.

Maybe the Sinhalese Government and the US having some agreement. Give and take, and now its US turn to give and later the GOSL will give what they want in return, but if they defeat the LTTE and keep the rest of the Tamils mouth shut.

But their dream never comes true.

We don’t know how many % of share the Indian government will get from this dirty business and how many % will go to Tamil Nadu first minister?

Who knows there secret dealings.

This why he keeps silent in our freedom struggle. If not why they want to give arms to GOSL again, same as US?

To defeat the LTTE or kill the rest of the Tamils in North and East of SL?

According to Tamil website, Colombo news media says, 1000 US navel forces will be in Sri Lankan soon and they will give training to SLN in Galle navel base.

After the Galle Navel Base attack by LTTE, the US government planning to give more is training to SLN.

Its means the US is not doing any good thing for the minority Tamils in Sri Lanka.

They don’t care about our freedom or human rights; they are more worried only their American Dream.

Now they lost the war in Iraq according to the reports from 50,000-65,000 Iraqi civilians killed in the last three and half years. This is why the GOSL ignoring the International Human rights. They know the US is in their side.

The question is, the US will give training to kill rest of the Tamils or the Sinhalese? If that happen.

Then how many suicide attacks going to take place all over in Sri Lanka? And how many civilians going to die in Sri Lanka?

If the American try the same dirty drama what they did in Iraq and Vietnam. There will be a big blood bath soon in Sri Lanka.

Because the minority Tamils in the North and East suffering badly, No food no shelter, No water and no medicine.

The international news media not focusing anything to rest of the world. Now the minority Tamils are upset and sad.

They never go to trust the international community any more, now they are tired. Maybe there are 70% of chances they might turn to more violent if the international community fails to understand their feelings and suffering.

The international community failed to understand the human mind how it changes.

The Tamil mentality is so different from the western world and Arab world and it’s not like the Sinhalese mentality. The more they suffer; they get up and fight for their rights.

Military Blocks Media Access to Guantanamo (June 15, 2006)
After three suicides at the US prison in Guatanamo Bay, the US government has completely restricted access of the press and lawyers.

Though the US military censored journalists’ photos and prohibited contact with prisoners, reporters could previously have access to the facility if escorted.

The security forces killing the Tamil journalist and destroying the news paper establishment, kidnapping the journalist.

Because they don’t wont the honest truth to come out from them. But the US government never going to open the mouth.

Because they know the GOSL follow the American way. They are the master of terrorism and teaching the whole world what is terrorism.

The Children of Guantanamo Bay (May 28, 2006)
A London-based legal rights group revealed that over 60 prisoners held in Guantanamo Bay were under 18 when captured.

The prison only treated three of these children as minors and tortured many others or held them in solitary confinement.

The Bush administration defends these abuses, claiming that “enemy combatants” are not subject to normal rules of war and human rights conventions.

The security forces arresting the Tamil youths all over in SL by the blessing of Karuna, Mostly under 18.

Those who captured never returned. Nobody doesn’t know where are they?

Maybe Mr. Bush administration taken care of them and sending them to his secret prison in Guantanamo Bay?

Or Mahinda’s secret prison.

The US government fails to condemn GOSL when they violate the CFA in the first place and because of that, the GOSL taken more advantage.

Nobody there to stop them or question them. Maybe according to the US policy they don’t care how many innocent Tamils killed by the hands of security forces.

They more concern the Sri Lankan security forces and their property only.

This is why every attack they condemn LTTE only.

But Security forces have the rights to kill any Tamil civilians or rap any women same as the US soldier raping the Iraq women and killing the family.

This is what we hear now in the BBC today.

Maybe this is what they call American Law. Now it is implemented in Sri Lanka under the command of Mr. M. Rajapaksha because he is the Chief of Army, Navy and Air Force.
