This is a clear and imminent danger one day to Singhala Sri Lanka and Tamil

This is where India will store the WMD built from the Nuclear fuel produced
from the Koodankulam Nuclear project which will produce 40 per cent of the
Nuclear fuel in India. India claims every thing is very safe. Well if it is
that safe why not locate it in Cochin, Goa, Vizakapattnam or Nagapattna.?

Well that is dangerous for the Indian people.

Then locate it in Hambantota which is begging for investments since if there
is any damage and accidents it will not affect any people. South of
Hambantota is the open sea. But then it does not give the perfect cover of
the Northern Province and the SSC?

In the 21st Century War is always possible and that too a Nuclear or Missile
war, when Pakistan, India and China have nuclear weapons and missiles. Sri
Lanka is guaranteed to be a recepient of the wayward missile in this
century, as well as all the nuclear waste and radiation polluting the water,
air and land. But who cares or does India care?

For that matter do the Sri Lankan Singhala politicians care?

Does the Tamil Tigers (LTTE) know the dangers? Yes they do. But they do not
have the power to challenge India on this issue which also has Russian and
American backing for this project.

For 3 years this and the SSCP project in the Palk straights and Gulf of
Mannar has been highlighted. Before even the Oil Fields of Tamil regions was
even announced. Unfortunately, it has fallen on deaf ears or dead ears like
Lakshman Kadirgamar's ears. He did provide assurance to take this matter up
with the President and India. But he never did as he wa smore concerned
about the conversion of Buddhist to Christians and the powerfull pro and
anti lobbies than the KKNP and SSCP.

This is an ongoing saga, which the Island of Sri Lanka, both Tamils and
Singhalese have lost.
