Four youths have surrendered in the Jaffna human rights commission office |

 For safety after getting death threats form the Sri Lankan military and its paramilitary operatives. The identities of the youth are still sketchy although it was confirmed that all four are from Thenmaradchchi division of the Peninsula.
Meanwhile, the identity cards of six youth were taken away by the Sri Lankan forces during a cordon and search operation in Varani in Thenmaradchchi on Wednesday. The search operation started at 5 am lasted until 10 am.
