Unidentified armed men came in a motorbike
Thursday night shot dead
Tamil youth at Manatsenai in Moothoor division. The victim had been
riding in a motorbike when he was shot, Moothoor police sources said.
The killed man has been identified as Sivanayagam Sathiskumar, 24, a resident of Manatsenai.
Manatsenai, a traditional village is located in the
government-controlled territory.
