P.M.Hamsa, Sri Lanka’s Deputy High Commissioner in Tamil Nadu, states that Nedumaran, who threatened to sail to Jaffna with a convoy boat loads of food aid, will not be able to even approach the borders of Sri Lankan territorial waters.

Deputy High Commissioner Hamsa was speaking to Virakesari newspaper in response to the decision of Pala Nedumaran, veteran leader of Tamil national Movement, that the food aid will be dispatched to Jaffna by boats on September 12th as scheduled.
