Sri Lanka: Rajapaksa to brief world elite on 'three year plan'

Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa will be briefing key world players on the so called 'three year plan' to militarily defeat the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) in a closed session at the United Nations, SiberNews learns.
Reliable sources say that the closed session will be held on Wednesday morning and that several decision makers from across the globe will be attending.
More details on the 'three year plan' unveiled in Oslo, soon after Mahinda Rajapaksa came to power, will be given by SiberNews on Wednesday.
