Sri Lanka: Two Tamil civilians abducted in Colombo

A Tamil civilian Sivekadadcham Kamaleswaran age 29 was abducted as he was travelling to a video shop on Tuesday night at Pamankada in Colombo. The victim, a three wheeler driver by profession, did not return home since he left for the video shop, the relative’s complaint to the Civil Monitoring Committee in Colombo. In another incident on last Thursday, unidentified gunmen abducted a Tamil civilian from his lodge ,along the Vivehanantha Hill road in Colombo. The victim was identified as Ponnaiyah Thangavel age 49, a resident of Mullaitivu. He went to Colombo to attend personal matters. The relatives of the victim have lodged complaints with the Civil Monitoring Committee.
