Sri Lanka: 21 martyred LTTE cadres remembered in Denmark, Norway

The Diaspora Tamils in Denmark and Norway paid rich tributes to 21 Black Tigers who sacrificed their lives during a surprise attack on the Sri Lanka’s airbase based in Anuradhapura last Monday. The Tamils held remembrance programmes for the 21 Black Tigers in the cities of Holstebro and Struer this weekend which were participated by hundreds of people.
The programmes of the events included, among others, delivering speech and recitation of poems praising the courageous role of the 21 martyrs.
The Tamils in Norway paid respect to their heroes on Friday at the office of the Norway Tamil Coordinating in Oslo.
All ages of Tamils including students and a good number of supporters of the Tamil cause took part in the event.
Diaspora Tamils in other countries of the world are also taking preparations to hold such programmes in their home countries to remember the 21 heroes.
