AsiaTribune web-log owner/editor KT Rajasingham has pounced on Norway based Tamil journalist Nadarajha Sethurupan, just a day after he was humiliated by London based businessman-cum-politician Dr R Jayadevan.
On Sunday, Rajasingham was forced to withdraw an article titled 'Karuna's men - their travails' just hours after it was first published.
The article was withdrawn with no explanation. It simply disappeared off the Asia Tribune.
Informed sources say that KT Rajasingham was forced to withdraw the article after Dr Jayadevan made a phone call threatening to take 'appropriate action'.
The source further said: "I was listening to the conversation as it was broadcast on speaker-phone. Rajasingham began to stutter after awhile. He didn't know what to say. The only word he repeated was 'yes'. Then within a few seconds the article had disappeared."
KT Rajasingham who claims to have high-level contacts in the Sri Lankan government is a "rookie" compared to Dr Jayadevan, the source further claimed.
Meanwhile, the Asia Tribune owner/editor has pounced on Norway based Tamil journalist Nadarajha Sethurupan, claiming that the journalist is due at a British court on Monday. He had further fabricated haphazard lines of denials, claiming that they were email sent to him by the journalist.
