COLOMBO (SNM) -- Sri Lankan bomb disposal units found and destroyed a live grenade in Mavilamaa, Kandy at around midday on Thursday, according to official reports. The grenade was found just 100 meters from the Polgolla Dam. Experts feared that any attempt to blow up the dam would cause chaos in Kandy.
