What was the real motive behind all these killings? Who are these trained assassins or gangsters? Why did they commit these crimes? These questions have been running through the thoughts of the Tamil and Sinhalese Community living in the West. The fact is, it was a disguise. Used by certain Sinhala extremists and corrupt Tamil politicians living in Sri Lanka. Politically influential and criminal syndicates such as the JHU, JVP, EPDP, ENDLF, PLOTE, TELO, and EPRLF initiated the game from their mother lanka.

Sri Lanka trapped in a 2-decade war with the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam. Gave a chance for criminal elements and corrupt political gurus to manipulate and spread extremism aboard. One of the politically high profile criminal influential groups with ties to JVP carrying out it’s operations aboard is the EPDP & ENDLF.

Even though these so-called corrupt organizations, are political parties in Sri Lanka. They heavily involve themselves in non-political activities and illicit operations. Before migrating to Canada and USA, certain ex-gang members worked for Devananda. These individuals were trained assassins, recruiters, drug barons, arms smugglers.

One of the main motives of the EPDP, ENDLF and JVP was to destabilize, the Canadian economy and the democratic nation, by addicting and supplying parts of the cities with drugs & high profile weapons. The EPDP and ENDLF used it’s resources in the Southeast Asian continent to connect their Canadian contacts. While the JVP gave them a stronger political hand, Devananda thought the only way to achieve this goal was to have Tamil Gangs.

The second motive was to use these Tamil Gangs to destroy the freedom struggle and the Tamil Eelam Revolution. While certain gang members were held, in Canadian jails. They claimed that the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam were searching for them. Well logically speaking if one was to run from the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, why would one cause so much havoc in the Canadian streets, and make noise?

This information was to mislead the Canadian authorities because some of them were on the Sri Lankan government payroll, and another was to twist the story and make the authorities focus their attention to the Tamil community organizations and associations serving the Canadian Tamils. It was too late; Devananda had already planted his own seeds into these associations with the help of few Sinhala extremists living in Canada and Western America.

The third motive Devananda had on his mind was to build a strong terrorist network cell with criminal syndicates aboard. In the mid 90’s Devananda phoned up the Valvettithurai ‘VVT’, gang leader –NAME DELETED- in Scarborough and asked, if he could be provided with protection when he arrives to Canada. What happens to be ironic is that a high profile criminal like Scarborough VVT ––NAME DELETED- will be the last person to be in the protection business. However, another point to mention is that Scarborough VVT –NAME DELETED- is not from the Valvettithurai town, nor he is from Scarborough. He is loud mouth fraudster from the native Pungudutivu and KKS.

Devananda the self-proclaimed leader of EPDP was a drug baron, a prominent arms smuggler selfish, and a self-styled individual has only one thing on his mind. It is to destroy the Tamil nation and the Tamil Eelam Revolution, and stay in political power as long as he could. He will do anything to any extent to achieve his goal. Like kidnapping the OHIO couple Stanley and Mary Allen in May 1984, assuming they were American spies. Our sources reveal that he has hardcore influential power in the Middle East and South-East Asia, especially in Singapore and Thailand. He has built a strong relationship with extremists, to wipe out the West.

It would not be surprising if the Interpol and India’s Research and Analysis Wing has him and his men on the terrorist watch list. Information by our intelligence bureau reveal that the Markaz Dawa-Wal-Irshad, an Islamic fundamentalist organization who has a concrete base with small sections of radical Tamil-speaking Muslim youth of the Eastern Province working for them, a group called the Osama Brigade which is planning future attacks against the West and India, and Devananda is conspiring with financial support for the Al Qaeda.

He has been trying hard to build a strong empire in the West. Western America including Canada must realize how evil this person can be, to pollute a fabricated civil society with opium and weapons. Even the shadow of a cruel individual like him reaching the Pearson International Airport, will be a sin.

Canada is being supportive with it’s American counterpart against the war on terrorism, but yet keeps it’s eyes closed to Devananda and his criminal syndicates living abroad. This raises many questions if certain Canadian bureaucrats were on the payroll of the EPDP. By letting these individuals rapidly build and expand their terrorist networks. From the blessing of the EPDP and ENDLF, certain illusion unemployed individuals have established gangs in Canada called AK Kannan, Valvettithurai ‘VVT’, Kosu Seelapu Group & Udupitty Gang. The lazy and lousy men in their youth used the Canadian social assistance program as a cover, while they were on the payroll of Sri Lankan Government and Devananda.

One of the reasons was due to the weakness in the Canadian judicial system and the classical Canadian immigration policy. Terrorists such as Devananda, Sangaree and Muralitharan Thambi have taken advantage of this democratic society. Influential EPDP and ENDLF members are jeopardizing Canada’s future and Canada has become a breeding ground for home-grown terrorists and gangsters, like the Devananda’s gang of men and women.

Back to the topic at hand about these sadistic unemployed individuals, called Tamil gangsters. When living in Canada they were living off social assistance’s and was on the payroll of the EPDP, ENDLF and the Sri Lankan Government. Every time these deportees are sent back to Sri Lanka, for the crimes they have committed here in Canada.

They work as henchmen and goons for Devananda and his men in the Colombo 7, Bambalapitya and Welawette districts again. Some have even brought their Canadian gangster’s experiences into the Sinhala circle on the blessing of Devananda and JVP. In Canada, we heard the gunshots, mothers crying over the dead, informants working with police officers and witnesses were silent. Now the tables have changed, the streets of Sri Lanka will go through the violent cycle again, that we witnessed here.

Certain prominent gangsters from Canada, on deportation have joined and currently service Sinhala gangs, like the Ratnaweera Gang and Vambotta’s Gang. There are rumours surfacing that Canada AK Gang Lieutenant Panchalingam Nagalingam is the new leader of Vambotta’s Gang, after the assassination of Vambotta. Canada AK Gang Lieutenant Panchalingam Nagalingam has changed his name to VK Punchasura Neville Fernando Nayaiilingam.
