Sri Lanka: Britain accused of fermenting Islamic terrorism in Sri Lanka

Tamils here are accusing the British government of fermenting Islamic terrorism in Sri Lanka while fighting a phoney war on terror in the Arab world. They are upset that, despite several complaints, British police have allowed an Islamic meeting to take place here next week. The agenda of the meeting includes discussions on strengthening the Jihad Group which has its bases in the east of Sri Lanka. The meeting is scheduled to take place next Saturday (08 December) at the London Muslim Centre in Whitechapel, east of London.

Tamils say that it is significant that the Islamists are meeting just a week after the Sri Lankan President visited Iran and obtained US$1.5billion in aid from the country as well as signing eight memorandums of understanding. Sri Lanka also announced that it fully endorses what it terms "Iran's right to peaceful nuclear technology".

"Islamists from Sri Lanka are convinced that Iran would have also taken up their issue with the Sri Lankan president," a Tamil here said.

"We fear that the Iranian Ayatollah would have ordered the Sir Lankan President to grant immunity to Islamic extremists in his country in exchange for the Iranian aid," the Hindu Tamil who did not want to be identified said.

"The London meeting is designed to explore ways in which the immunity could be exploited," he added.

SiberNews understands that Sayeed Bazeer and Ameer of Sri Lanka Jama'th E Islami will be chief guests at the Islamist meeting.

Sayeed Bazeer is a solicitor based in Wimbledon, south-west of London. He is originally from the Kathankudy in Sri Lanka and is widely alleged to be the international coordinator of the Jihad Group, also based in Kathankudy.

it is becouse relegian of faith is a very sensitive issue, please dont use a word of Islamic terrorism in Sri Lanka, you can replace it with muslims terrorism in Sri Lanka by radical exreemist.

Is this part of a 'Western' plan to forcibly take control of Sri Lanka.

First allow and facilitate muslim extremist terrorism to take root on the island.
Next step invade and take over parts of the island under the pretext of fighting muslim extremist terrorism.

According to this message,we've to know on thing,it is, if any one tell or write a news, first of all should study well the real situation before criticize the pros & cons. We have to search & criticize any thing with the pure mind & deep knowledge.If not,the people , innocents also might become violent s. As well as, must realize another one thing generally ,in this world the human beings respect the dogs & pigs then the other human beings.There is any value for humanity in current global world,isn't it. So, first & last every one learn a lot about all of the critical issues such as terrorism ,which is reality???? Don't try to issue or spread any thinks & things without deep knowledge as much as possible. We've to enough religion or any systematical issues to hate each of others, but we've not enough religion or any systematical issues to love each of others,isn't it?
