World: Suicide bomb kills Iraqi police

Iraqi forces close off a main street leading to the Interior Ministry building in Baghdad Iraqi police and officials are regularly targeted by insurgents. A suicide bomber has killed four police officers at a checkpoint near the interior ministry in Baghdad, officials and police say.
At least four policemen are also said to have been injured in the blast that took place at 0945 (0645 GMT).
The attacker was dressed in a police uniform and blew himself up as
police cars were entering the ministry, a police source told Reuters
news agency.
The suicide bomber was wearing an explosive belt, the source said.
Iraqi police and officials are regularly targeted by insurgents.
