Infamous temple thief Rajasingham Jayadevan alias Undiyalaan and former Sri Lankan EPDP militia leader Sebastianpillai Ramesh alias Napoleon have hooked up at the Amnesty International Head Office in London to plot plans to assassinate prominent Tamil activists in the United Kingdom, reliable sources said.

Having murdered the celebrated journalist Mylvaganam Nimalarajan at his home in Jaffna on 9 October 2000, EPDP militia leader Napoleon fled to the United Kingdom on 3 June 03 2004 under the false name of Roman Kumar Patrick de Silva.

The British government has offered Napoleon refuge at the Dover detention centre despite the fact that there is still a warrant out for him in Sri Lanka.

Undiyalaan is the chairman of Eelapatheeswarar Aalayam Ltd which has been hit by a financial scandal following accusations by British Hindus that the temple's chairman collected several thousand pounds from them by misleading them to believe that the temple was a charity.

Reliable sources said that Jayadevan and Ramesh met at the Amnesty International Head Office at New Inn Yard on 5 August 2006. Sources said that they overheard the two mentioning the names of several prominent Tamil activists in the United Kingdom, and also talk of "teaching them a lesson".

Tamils in the United Kingdom said that having witnessed the lesson Ramesh taught Mylvaganam Nimalarajan they are extremely fearful about leaving their homes and getting on with their day to day lives.

Questions as to how an international criminal could be granted refuge in the United Kingdom still remain unanswered.
