If LTTE wanna win this they have to kill three sinhalease when they lose one tamil. However this war is intersting to see. It was nowhere in Jungle, but a well known resident area. Tigers were careless to use this office so frequently and use the telephone services. It's through a GPS handy this place was pin-pointed. Just call a telephone to the Secretariat, pretending to be a press reporter and voila you find the position thru GPS and direct the pilots to bomb the area.
