Louise Arbour like any other international head or leader of institution is well aware of the fact that it is solely the government of Srilanka and its forces are committing the crimes, the violations without any regard or respect to life. Why cant she voice her concern direct to the government of Srilanka and put pressure on UN and world bodies to halt the holocaust. Instead of hitting the nail directly on GoSL's head, she is giving a general comment.
