Further the corrupted, and the Failed state - governments need some kind of inspections, check and balance and accountability. The Failed state always had and has some sort of hidden agendas and secretes policies and programs. And why is the true purpose of the 'mou' in the Terrorist State of Sri-Lanka? Is it a mousetrap of mahinda rajapakse and his state terrorist gang? In democracy, in the parliamentary system there should be a good opposition; whenever the government does a right thing, a good thing, the opposition appreciates and supports it, and while, whenever the government does any wrong, it is the prime duty and the solemn responsibility of the opposition party, to criticize it, it reveals the hidden agenda, the secret game of the ruling party and brings the ruling party to an accountability, without which the ruling party will march towards dictatorship and tyranny. The Leader of the opposition has a strong voice and great respect in a democratic government. To support a government, when it is right, and to oppose when it is wrong, the opposition doesn't need to join a government or sign a 'moue.' Let me tell you the one thing, the whole world knows it, but unfortunately, unaware of it, or forgets it, i.e. politics is a dirty game, you can call it just as 'survival of the fittest,' or 'survival of the powerful' or 'survival of the power hungers, and the war mongers. Here lies the State Terrorism.
